Fauna or in my case Flowers

We end this travel blog here showing the many different wild flowers we have seen on this trip.
With that said Carmen and I want to thank you for following us on our trip to Newfoundland and Labrador.

Remember, this as other blogs will always show the last entry first and the first entry last.  You can navigate the travel blog days using the archive on the left just under the photo gallery.

Berries, not sure what kind these were.

This is either a Common Burdock or Bull Thistle or Canada Thistle.
Blue Flag Iris.
Sheep Laurel
This is either a Sticky Groundsel or yellow Harkweed or Coltsfoot.
I'm not sure about this flower, it could be a Fireweed.
I'm not sure this may be a Woundwort flower.
I would call this a Daisy but if you look this flower up online, they call this a Chamomile.
Once again I do not know this flower.  I find that it is similar to a Northern Evening Primrose.
These could be Swedish Bunchberry.  At least the leaves and flower look similar.
A Wild Rose or as I've also seen a Wrinkled Rose.
Another Blue Flag Iris, this one with bright inside colors.  I do not know about you, but I like Irises.
Not sure, but I think this is a raspberry.
I think this is a Bog Cotton or Cotton Grass or Common Cotton Sedge.
When we were at Port Au Choix which is a UNESCO site, we hiked along a path which had a number of different flowers along it.  Besides the Bog Cotton above, these Yellow Lady's Slippers were also seen.
This could be Shrubby Cinquefoil.

This is a Pitcher plant.
Not sure, but this could be the Twinflower.
Another Yellow Lady's Slipper.  The flowers have almost gone by.
This is the Harebell.
The Common Buttercup.
This is either a Sweet Pea or a Beach Pea.
More Irises.  I happen to like Irises as you can tell from the number of these flowers in the blog.
This might be Labrador tea, it likes something like it.
Not sure but this could be Lance-Leaved Goldenrod or Hogweed, or Cow Parsnip.
Don't know what this flower is.
Another Laurel.
A Rose.
I think this is Yellow Hawkweed.
This could be a Striped Toadflax or an Orchid of some sort.
Colorful flowers.
A large collection of Harebell.
Canada Thistle.
I'm not sure what this is, it is similar to a Rhodora, but it is different.
Now this looks like the bulb of a poppy after the flower petals have fallen, but not sure.
Flower
A large field of Irises.
Foxglove in front of Lupines.
This is either some sort of Black-Eyed Susan or a type of Daisy.
Again, do not know what this flower is.
I think this is a Horse Chestnut after the flower is gone and the nut develops.
Again, I have no idea, but I thought the flower look really great with the yellow florescence in the center.
This might be Hooded Ladies Tresses.
Flower

A cultivated flower at the Governor's house.

Rose
Roses
This looks very much like a Yellow Rattle.
Another view of the same flower.
Not sure but this could be Thrift.
Don't know.
Now these I know, they are Day Lilies.
And the last flower is a Rose.
